About Me
About Me
I am currently a Ph.D. student in the department of Leadership, Policy, and Organizations at Vanderbilt University. I partner with K-12 practitioners and policymakers to answer policy-relevant questions related to school choice and the equitable allocation of school funding.
I began my career serving students in the west valley of Phoenix as a high school English teacher. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, I supported teachers and school leaders through my work in instructional coaching, leadership development, and school improvement consulting at the Arizona Charter Schools Association and Teach For America.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my partner, spending time with family on my childhood farm in Oklahoma, and experimenting in the kitchen.
